Dr Abhay is a senior certified Iyengar Yoga teacher with a Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery.
Dr Keste has been practising Iyengar Yoga since childhood under the guidance of his father and then B.K.S. Iyengar in Pune, India.
He and his wife Usha, who also trained extensively with B.K.S Iyengar run the Shrikant Yoga Centre at two different locations in Belagaum City, India.
As an homeopathic doctor Dr Keste has an in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology. His medical background combined with the Iyengar yoga method helps him to treat people suffering from diseases such as blood pressure, diabetes, PID, arthritis, spondylitis, migraine, paralysis, digestive issue through yoga therapy.
